“would stay again”

Our stay was a very good one. We were very pleased with the room and the staff. The light bulb above the bathroom sink was out and was never fixed but we just used the heat lamp for light. The wi-fi kept going off so that was annoying but the beds were comfortable and the TV worked. The breakfast dining room is very small and we had to wait for a table. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick after the only staff member on duty was able to get off the phone. The free shuttle to the airport was helpful but the driver didn't repeat who was to get off at the first stop, knowing full well we needed off at Southwest, so we ended up having to ride to the United stop and walk across DIA to get to our airline. That was the worst part of our whole experience with Microtel. I would book with them again however, the price is right and the overall stay was very good.
