“Poor Customer Service”

This was a business stay for my very new business. I was very disappointed in the front desk lady. I spoke with her that morning when I left for work that I was coming back reserved the room for that day and told her that I still had my kittens in the room. I left thinking everything was secure and I received a call around 2p it was the front desk asking me if I was returning because housekeeping went in the room and there was items in there still. So okay simple misunderstanding right? Wrong before we hung up she told me how much it was going to cost for another stay with the discounts and I was having issues with my bank card. $73.00 approximately is what she told me and that I could bring cash. When I came that evening to check back in she had reserved a run for me for a week $300+. I explained to her that I was considering stating a week there but wasn't certain yet I just wanted to go get rested. The paperwork I dinged I noticed was for a room on the 3rd floor not 208 where all my items were already. I loved the room but the customer service was garbage. The very first night I stayed I came down for coffee. The gentleman that checked me in was asleep snooring at the desk. I actually have a picture of it in my phone.. very disappointed not sure if I will go back to the microtel. Very disappointed as a business woman myself. I wish I would catch my employee treating my customers without respect. Reputation of everything especially with the economy the way it is. If I wanted to be treated like trash I would have stayed at a motel 6
