“Too Many Problems”

Pool cold and murky; hot tub murky as well. Always short on or no pool towels. Sofa and fridge broken in first room; moved immediately to another room. Tub wouldn't drain when showering; reported. Next day tub wouldn't drain; reported. Next day, tub wouldn't drain--asked if I wanted to move again. Third morning, tub didn't drain. THREE DAYS and still no resolution. TV remote worked intermittently. Received a call Saturday am from someone stating that they were the hotel manager checking to see how my stay was. Reported--again--tub not draining, etc. Told me the computer system was down and asked for all my contact information and confirmed room number. Then asked me for the credit card info I used to check in, which I refused to give as I realized the hotel made a copy of my drivers license and credit card when I checked in. Reported incident to front desk. Saturday night I received a call from the same person asking if the drain problem had been resolved and if I had been able to "retrieve" my credit card. I told her the hotel did not employ with her name and to stop calling. Again, reported incident to front desk and was told that from now on, no calls would be put through to a room without giving the name of the guest.
