“Credit Card Nightmare & Fraus”

Initially I reserved using my credit card; but at the time of checkout I paid for entire stay in cash....yet 5 days later there is still a pending hold for the stay in access of $150 on my card. In addition to that while staying there my card was used to shop @ "GAMEPROTODAY.COM"! I had to contact the company and threaten them with fraud charges before they were willing to help me.... I was told someone ordered a playstation cover; when I kindly told the representative I own Wii! The Indian front desk manager is rude and very NOT helpful! I ended up filling a complaint with the corp. office and had the displeasure of having my initial call handled by "Jackie" who had the personality of "it's your probelm & I really dont give a you-know-what". No one gives you the same answer and I've been waiting since Monday to have the distrit manager acknowledge the issue/call me back. Guess I really matter as a customer; huh? Last but far from least booked thru Wyndham Rewards and screwed on the number of points per night stated when reservation made; this is the seond time Ive had a bad experiene thru Wyndham Rewards; I wont give them a 3rd opportunity. Overal satisfaction on a scale of 1-5 is a -5!
