“Type Room”; Nov 28, 2012 Annie J, Waukegan; Was not happy with size of room or location noise level high could hear phone from front desk , every time doors open from other guest , ask for room chane firs told 10.00 charge later call back said 20.00 not willing to do that. staff very friendly ,great location ,close family .shopping , food .would stay again not same type room. thanks Annie and Henry
