“avoid staying here at all cost!!!”

from beginning to end this had to be the worst experience I've had in a very long time,Started with a rude check-in clerk who refused to honor my reservation of 2 lower-level rooms. It then only got worst with the filthy 2nd level room that reeked of smoke, had hair on the blood-stained sheets and a clogged toilet. As if that were not bad enough 1 hour later they supposedly had a cancellation in the lower-level where we should have been all along. Finally to top it all of the manager who called to "make things right" lol... a couple of days later, sided with her staff and refused to give me even a partial refund before hanging-up on me. By far the worst experience by any customer service organization ever.
