We appreciate your review and concerns as we have taken immediate action to have resolution. We do stay up to Wyndham standards along with our high level of expectations from service to cleanliness. As we do take care of our hotel property along with appreciate guest input to only further enhance our guest experience I value the review to understand our guest experience as our future, present, and past guests to have a greater experience as we will continuously strive for overall quality of work. Thank you for your review as we will always strive for excellence. As we did have a busy weekend we have taken care of all the carpets to be shampooed and cleaned. We take pride in our hotel property to ensure that we are very clean and have OCD employees when it comes to overall cleanliness. On daily basis I will personally inspect rooms and on weekly basis have the carpets shampooed. As we are dedicated to hotel operations and delivering an ultimate guest experience as well with our "Southern Hospitality".Our insulation is checked quarterly to ensure that outside pollution does not bother our guests while sleeping too. Here in the state of Alabama we do have "Country folk" whom do drive pickup trucks but, that is the nature of the south Roll Tide and we look forward to seeing you soon :) « hide
