“hotel stay February 22-24, 2013”; Feb 28, 2013 Geraldine J, Montgomery; The hotel staff had excellent customer service, thr rooms were clean. My telephone in room 408 did not work the wntire weekend, I did report it. I had to go down stairs to ask for soap, there was no soap nor shampoo in the room.
