“Disappointed”

Arrived at the hotel with two reservations to find out that one could not be found even with having my two confirmation numbers and calling a day before to confirm. Matt at the Front Desk worked with me to create a new reservation at a matched price. Rooms were not very clean as we found dirty linen and towels(hair and make up stains). A dirty used wash cloth was left in the bathroom. Matt worked with us changing out the sheets and providing new towels. Stains were all over the bed skirting, with food crumbs around the bed. Tub and sink had soap scums and mold was forming under the water faucet in the tub. One of our rooms was by the side entrance,which would not lock causing the door to slam every time it was used. The breakfast choices were very poor and not stocked. Bagels and bread were still in the original wrapping and frozen. Manager knocked off $10 for one of our rooms. Housekeeping staff needs to be informed of proper Wyndham cleaning procedures as the executive housekeeper is over looking the cleanliness of the guestrooms. Highlight of the trip was Matt who was determined to go out of his way to accommodate our needs.
