“Was in Huntsville for funeral of family member”

My aunt & I stayed at your facility for a funeral on Monday, 12/17. We had a very pleasant experience and found your rooms comfortable and clean...your staff was very accommodating and assisted us with friendliness and professionally. I needed to print a boarding pass early Mon a.m. for a flight back to TX early Tues a.m. Since there was no business center, the gentleman (and I apologize, for did not get his name) advised I could come behind desk and use computer where he was sitting to do this. Very kind and helpful employee and readily assisted us when there was no more coffee, etc. Pricing was perfect for such a difficult time for us and our traveling situation. I would recommend to anyone and very appreciative of your employees and their assistance to us.
