“Where's The Room Cart?”; Mar 06, 2013 Robert N, Pensacola; We checked in and could not find any of the TWO carts available. Having a physically challenged person means that a check in cart is a necessity, not a luxury. The staff was friendly and helpful. Price was good. Rooms were clean, but showed wear in rugs, towels and room trim. Flat screen TV was dark with poor quality display. The front desk staff didn't seem to have a grasp of the area restaurants though.
